How we picked these pet-friendly hotels
How we picked: We started with hotels in Florianopolis that explicitly state pets are allowed according to their own listings. These properties were then ranked first by their star rating, from highest to lowest. For hotels with the same star rating, we used guest ratings to determine order. In cases where a hotel had a guest rating based on very few reviews, we ranked it lower to avoid skewed results. This method ensures a fair and transparent list that prioritises quality and reliability.
